Google5If you want quality work, great service, and honesty, then don't even consider looking for another garage door company. Lewin-Yount is hands down the best company in the Winchester area for installing and repairing garage doors. On Sunday morning, I accidently backed into my garage door with my truck. My initial thought was it would take forever to get someone to come out to look at it, and it would cost thousands of dollars to repair. Now the rest of the story... We called Lewin-Yount on Monday morning, and they had Jeff come out later that morning. Less than 2 hours later, Jeff had repaired my damaged garage door, and the repair costs were very reasonable. They knew that we assumed we would have replaced the door for thousands, and if they had told us the door needed to be replaced, then we would not have questioned it. It is so refreshing to deal with an honest local business that does quality work at a reasonable price. Thank you Jeff, and thank you Lewin-Yount.

Google5Had one of my garage door compression springs snap in half and called Lewin-Yount. They had a guy out to me within hours, fixed the spring and had my door back up and running quickly! Reasonable prices, too. Thanks!

He got it shored up and back running in less than 30 min! I highly recommend these guys. My experiences with them have been nothing but positive!

One of my torsion springs snapped a few weeks ago (the garage/house is approx 20 years old) and I was able to purchase two replacement springs from them, but I quickly realized I had issues balancing the door. I called them on a Tuesday and they were at my house first thing Wednesday. They identified the problem and fixed it in about an hour.

Google1Called 5 times for a service call, would not schedule a time and said he would get around to it at his convenience. Ended up ordering the replacement door from the manufacture directly. Terrible customer service. Will not ever recommend.

Google1Very poor customer service. Despite leaving multiple voice and email messages, they took almost two weeks to return a call, and that was only because I called again. Refused to schedule a service visit until enough requests came in for the area. Awful way to run a business. Fyi--they also seem to operate a used car dealership at the same location, so it can be confusing.

Google5I've used these folks for 15 years. Excellent service at Shenandoah Vallley prices. The other reviews don't make sense. I've been to their office in Winchester and have always been treated well.
