Excellent experience! Timely, polite, and reasonably priced! I accidentally backed into my garage door. I thought it was a total loss, but Mike was a miracle worker! He got it shored up and back running in less than 30 min! I highly recommend these guys. My experiences with them have been nothing but positive!
Excellent service and response from this team. One of my torsion springs snapped a few weeks ago (the garage/house is approx 20 years old) and I was able to purchase two replacement springs from them, but I quickly realized I had issues balancing the door. I called them on a Tuesday and they were at my house first thing Wednesday. They identified the problem and fixed it in about an hour.
Highly recommend this company for servicing. I had a broken spring, I had both replaced. Two workers came out, did a great job, very professional, done quickly and cleanly. Very satisfied with expertise and price.
Called 5 times for a service call, would not schedule a time and said he would get around to it at his convenience. Ended up ordering the replacement door from the manufacture directly. Terrible customer service. Will not ever recommend.
Very poor customer service. Despite leaving multiple voice and email messages, they took almost two weeks to return a call, and that was only because I called again. Refused to schedule a service visit until enough requests came in for the area. Awful way to run a business. Fyi--they also seem to operate a used car dealership at the same location, so it can be confusing.
I've used these folks for 15 years. Excellent service at Shenandoah Vallley prices. The other reviews don't make sense. I've been to their office in Winchester and have always been treated well.
I had a garage door installed by this company around 2 years ago. During that experience they had to cancel and reschedule 3 different times in which I already had someone set up at my house while I was at work so they could get the work done. Recently the renters living at the house told me the garage door opener had stopped working. Since I didn't live in the area, I called this company back to have them fix it. They arrived and told me they simply had to push the "unlock button" on the wall mount. When they called to tell me that was all they did, whoever I spoke to told me I would not be charged for the service. The reasoning they said it would be covered under warrantee, but also that they were physically at my house for under 5 minutes and would not charge me for the service. The month later I received a bill for $50. I called to verify that this was correct, and AGAIN was told that it would be taken care of and I wouldn't be charge. Again, the next month I received a "late payment" bill. When I called yesterday they told me I would indeed need to pay the charge and gave their reasoning. Very unreliable company and I would not recommend them to anyone. The work that was done was good, but when I can't trust someone, or they go back on their word, they lose all my respect. The 2nd time I called regarding this situation, I was told someone would return my call. Over 2 weeks later, and I called back because I figured that was time enough to call.
Slow and difficult to deal with. Called several times for quotes and I constantly had to call back and get the run around. Phillip was difficult to deal with and unwilling to install an added feature I requested because it did suite his taste. I went with another dealer who cares about costumer relations and does not waste my time.
