Just called today for a broken torsion spring and came out within couple hours to fix. Tech was extremely pleasant and also lubed the door and adjusted. Noticed weather strip missing and replaced it also. Couldn't ask for better service. Would definitely recommend.
Six months ago, overhead doors put in a garage door. It is faulty air drops. The motor drops the door to the concrete floor, shaking the door and the walls surrounding the door. I have contacted them sent them a video they admit it is faulty that they should replace it 6/6 months now have done nothing to replace the door. I have called many times they say yes they have a record of it, but they have not come
Ordered two garage doors, which were finally installed. I don't blame the compmay for the wait, for we all have supply chain issues. However, one of the doors did not have the weather stripping, so for all intents and purposes we can't use the door. The part was supposed to be ordered on the day of installation, but it wasn't. It was not until three weeks later that I called the company and found out that the part had not been ordered. About two weeks ago I was told it would be received in about a week. Today I was told it might be shipped on November 7. My prior telephone call was not received. Cannot recommend this company.
So, when I called, I got a call back within the hour. And literally 30 minutes later after call back, the technician arrived to fix the problem.
reached out on 6-14 for repair. was told i would receive a call back. never heard anything. followed back up on 6-27 and was told i would get a call back again. Looks like they dont want my work. If they would just say that up front, i would have searched other companies sooner. total waste of my time.
Had an emergency and couldn't get my garage door opened or closed all the way. Waited 4.5 hours for them to call me about an appointment and wasted an entire day to tell me they were going to come out same day. I could have used that time waiting on a company that actually shows up. Never will get my business. Too many competitors that want the business more and are more concerned with the customers time.
Do not use this company! Same problem as Mike Loy called and made a appointment to come out and repair my door never showed up or called back. I called to find out what happened and was told they never had a record of me calling. That it was my fault I must have called a different company. ! I had only contacted one company and they number was still in my phone as recently called. Stay away.
Is this place still in business?? Nine weeks ago, I sent an email requesting an estimate for the purchase and installation of 3 garage doors. No response. Six weeks ago, I called, spoke with a lady who said she had no evidence of my earlier email but she took my name and phone number and assured me the salesman would contact me. No response. Four weeks ago, I called, spoke with a lady who said the salesman had been very busy unloading trucks and helping installers. Again, she took my name and phone number, assuring me the salesman would contact me. No response. Two weeks ago, I called, spoke with a lady who, again took my name and phone number, and assured me the salesman would contact me. No response. If this company is still in business, it's failing in customer responsiveness but excelling in poor management.
One of my garage doors openers broke. I called Overhead Door Co and they came out an hour later and replaced both of my garage door openers. The installation was fast and professional. The Odyssey belt door opener is quiet and works perfectly. Use this company!!
