Disappointing overall. $3000+ for a garage door & an underpowered door opener that's just as loud as the 20 year old model it replaced. "Some people you can't make happy" Maybe, but considering you weren't on the crew that came out to install it, you could have come by and seen how loud it was for yourself. Liftmaster has quieter models, could have at least offered that.

I made the call, he was there at my house assessing the problem within a 1/2 hr. We agreed on the repair/price and within another 1/2 hour he was finished. Great communication throughout. I won't hesitate to call on his services again. Thank you

Sam was quick and super responsive. He was here and done with the garage door spring replacement less than an hour after I called him. A little bit more than I was expecting to pay, but the responsiveness and being able to open my garage door again after not being able to all weekend was worth it.

Sam came out today to look at our garage door that had a bent track. I called him this morning and he was out here by 11am to look at it and willing to do the work right then if I had been ready. He came up with a solution to fix the issue without replacing the door at a very good price. He will return on Monday to do the work and I am very pleased with his timeliness and knowledge of what was needed to be done. I will add a review once work is completed but I highly recommend Sam!

This morning our cars were trapped in the garage. Only 4 years old and the spring on the garage door broke. We couldn't open it even manually. Sam came within an hour of our initial call. He was amazing and the price was great. I recommend S&T for all your garage door needs.

Last night I had a spring break on my garage door. Since this was my first ever issue with my garage doors, I did not have a "go to" person or company. I did some research online that evening and found S & T Garage Doors. Being a local company and having great reviews, I called early the next morning and spoke with Sam, the owner. Sam offered to adjust his schedule to do the repairs without me even asking. That is unheard of now-a-days. Sam came out to my home and had the repairs done within 30 minutes. Price was what he quoted to me over the phone. For any future issues with my garage doors, I will be using S & T Garage Doors. If you are looking for someone to do your garage door work that is reasonably priced, does quality work, and is prompt and courteous, do not hesitate to call Sam!!

We live in Capon Bridge, WV, about 20 miles west of Winchester. Our experience with S&T Garage Doors was outstanding. Sam's quote for our 3 garage doors was highly competitive and the work was done, as promised, within a few days after we selected him to do the work. He explained in detail what we were getting and why it worked best for our circumstances. His installation was timely and efficient exceeding our high expectations. The repair was quick and reasonable. Services Rendered: While we were having our roof replaced, the garage door main spring snapped. When it rains, it pours...... I called S&T Garage Doors based on Angie's List and the owner showed up at our home in about an hour. The main spring was replaced and the door adjusted in about 1/2 hour. I could have not asked for better or quicker service.
