Google5I would give 10 stars if I could. Our whole experience with Winchester Garage Doors was amazing from start to finish. When I reached out to Winchester Garage Doors, I was greeted warmly by Sherwin. His demeanor was exceptionally professional, friendly and that immediately put me at ease. Sherwin was very patient and helpful during our door selection process. He brought material samples during his visit so I would have a better understanding of the quality of the door we were getting. I never once felt like I was dealing with a "salesman". There was no pressure. No request for money "upfront". Unfortunately, our new building took longer than expected to get under roof thus I had to push back the garage door installation a couple of times. Each time Sherwin said no worries. Some would say appearances don't matter, but au contraire, to me the appearance of the crew and their equipment speaks volumes to the caliber of company and the pride they take in their work. The crew was well spoken, polite and clean cut with crisp clean uniforms. Their trucks were clean and well kept as well. Very nice young men. The install was a complete success! In total we had 5 doors installed. Three - 12 x 12 overhead doors on the new build, and two smaller overhead doors, on a very old drive-through barn, that unfortunately, for Winchester Garage Doors was uneven and had a "lean" to it and a bit of tree trunk growing into it as well at one of the openings. However, that did not deter Winchester Garage Doors at all. We don't know how they did it, but they installed two new overhead doors with openers. The doors glide open and shut like butter sliding across a hot frying pan. The three massive 12 x 12 overhead doors on our new build look amazing! They are downright pretty. The pictures do not do them proper justice. We opted not to have garage door openers put on those doors at this writing as we do not have power to the building as of yet. However, the massive doors are easily opened manually. I never would've thought I as a senior, vertically challenged female would be able to lift a 12 x 12 overhead door myself. I can with ease. Many thanks and kudos to Sherwin, Evan and Travis of Winchester garage doors. As you can tell, I highly recommend them.

Google5I've used them twice. Both were good experiences. Last year, I had a minor repair on my garage door and got a real fair price for services rendered. I told them I would call them when my 20+ year old garage door opener died. Which it certainly did. . . Fair to decent prices and a good level of professionalism. I'd do business with them again.

Google5Thanks Travis!! Winchester Garage Doors are awesome! The part needed to repair our Garage Door was delayed. Travis kept us informed until the part arrived. He is efficient, pleasant and a true professional. Travis is definitely an asset to Winchester Garage Doors. Very satisfied customer!

Google5Our new garage doors are great! Sherwin (owner) was responsive and professional. He came to my home to provide the quote and show me my options. He showed great customer service. Sherwin and his son had my new doors installed in a day. Very easy to work with. I checked out several local places and compared prices, glad I went with Winchester. I made the best decision!
