I contacted Carolina Garage Door by phone on the morning of November 22, 2021 to inquire about having the bottom section for one of my C.H.I garage doors replaced that had been damaged a day earlier. I spoke with Greg G***** ( President of CGD ) and I explained my situation with the damaged door section and I provided him with the door model, style, and color, etc. so he could provide a quote for replacement. Greg have me his cell phone # and asked me to text him photos of the damaged door, which I did within minutes, then I waited the rest of that day for him to get back to me and I never heard from him again. The next day I called the store again and this time I spoke Jason. I explained to him that I had called the day before and spoke with Greg and provided all of my information but never heard back from him. Jason said Greg was not around and they had no record of my call the day prior so he asked that I start over and explain what happened and what I needed, etc.. Jason took all my information and verified my email address and said he would be emailing me a form to complete and return to get the new door section ordered. To this day I have am still waiting, never heard back from either of them. They were helpful as could be when they were selling the doors when our home was built but now that we needed their help with service after the sale we were completely blown off, TWICE. There are plenty of other nearby business that provide the same products and services that are more reliable, friendly, and eager to help than this bunch. I took the time to write this review with the hope that others will read this and think twice before doing business with these people..
