They never responded to my RFQ. I can't give them an F on responsiveness because I didn't give them much time to respond but a simple acknowledgement that they received my RFQ and were working on it would have been nice. Instead, "fixed and dilated." So I gave 'em a "D" and left everything else N/A. P.S. it made me pick an overall rating so I picked "C" since I don't know their work. Services Rendered: urgent replacement of garage door.

Jackie was excellent. Our spring snapped and he was out at the house right when he said he would be. He recommended a 2 spring system, which I expected, so he took the broken one off and put 2 new ones on at a way lower price than I saw elsewhere. He was in and out in an hour. I highly recommend Garage Door Service Co, and will be giving Jackie a call if I ever need garage door work again. Services Rendered: Spring Replacement

It went very well and I am a hard person to please. I believe the guys name was either Larry or Jackie. After my phone call, he traveled 10 miles to my house the next day. He diagnosed the problem of rough/jumpy wheeling rolling quickly. He had the right tools and parts to quickly replace both ball bearings and wheels. He did not mind me looking over his shoulder so I could learn something. He was an interesting person to boot. I would highly recommend him. I found Garage Door Service Co through Angie's List and was glad I did. I was very happy with the price but felt bad afterwards for not tipping him. Services Rendered: Electric garage door ball bearings and wheels replaced.

They fixed it, and I haven't had any problems since. He came, he was prompted, and he knew exactly what he was doing. Identified the problem right away. I thought the price was reasonable. He came and he took care of it, that is what i need when I call somebody for service. Very professional. Services Rendered: They fixed my garage door, it seemed it was slightly off it hinges, I couldn't get it to close I had to close it manually.

Flawlessly. The springs were replaced quickly and the garage door worked without any issues. Jackie was on time and professional throughout the job. I highly recommend this company for any garage door repairs. I rarely write reviews, but I felt this was necessary given that I used Angie's List to find Garage Door Service Co. Services Rendered: One of the extension springs broke and needed to be replaced. The garage door was not opening automatically since this happened. I called and spoke with Jackie who was able to schedule an appointment within 48 hours. He also recommended that both springs be replaced, and I completely agreed with his recommendation.

Jackie arrived within a hour of our phone call. He was friendly, efficient, and professional. He finished the job promptly, and even threw in a few bolts for free. Very happy with his work. We thought we needed an entire new door. He could easily have taken advantage of our lack of knowledge. He was very honest, and only did the work that was necessary. Definitely recommend. Services Rendered: Replaced some bolts, and rollers, and general repair of our garage door system.
