Google5We live in Mocksville, torsion spring broke that morning. Read the reviews and called, Micah answered he and his team we're here by noon and broken spring replaced. Checked and lubed the bearings, rollers and slides too. Friendly, Courteous, professional, solid work and a warranty at a good price.

Google5Five star experience with this company. They were able to provide the service I needed in a reasonable amount of time for a fair price. Micah and Jimmie were on time, professional, efficient, and completed the job within the time frame quoted. Micah answered every question I had without making me feel like I was bothering or inconveniencing him. I will definitely make these guys my first call if I need garage door work done in the future.

Google5Great company to work with. Spoke with Micah on Friday morning, 12/1, and he came out the same day to look at our old door. He had the old door down a the new installed by 1:30 Monday afternoon. Would highly recommend them if you're looking to have a new door installed.

Google5Garage Doors of the Triad LLC responded quickly to my service call and were able to come to my home the same day. He diagnosed the problem immediately and gave me several repair options. They made the requested repair quickly and to our complete satisfaction. Thank goodness for local small business!

Google5Micah and Jimmie were very professional and courteous. Micah called when they were on the way, which by the way they were early. They finished job in about 30 mins. Our spring broke on the garage door and we needed it fixed. Terrific job Micah and Jimmie thanks again. I will be calling to get an estimate on insulating garage doors and less noisy doors lol. Thanks again wonderful job Micah and Jimmie

Google5Micah quoted a reasonable price for the new garage door. They did a great job with the installation and left everything clean. Much better than dealing with the big box stores. Highly recommended!

Google5Micah and his assistant Jimmie did an excellent job installing my new garage door. Both were very polite and courteous. They came out the day I called to assess the situation and were here the next morning installing my door. I am very happy with the whole process and would certainly call them in the future should I need their services again?
