Google5I called to make an appointment for a special I saw on TV . Stephen called and he was here within 30 mins of me calling. He was an excellent tech and was so very helpful. He signed me up to get a yearly tune up. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely have Stephan to come back next year

Google5This is a wonderful company to assist with your garage needs. Jason gregory was my installer and he was very polite, very professional and knowledgeable and quick. I had an emergency this morning and jason was here by 2 pm. I highly recommended anyone using this company.

Google5Except for the initial estimating for a new door in which we were told it would match our other door and the fact that the insulation was not included plus the supplier did not send the correct size tracks on initial delivery we are totally satisfied with dealing with the Precision team. The installers, Brian and Brandon were awesome and would request them to install our second door. Plus the customer service rep Jenn is an unbelievably outstanding company rep, a pleasure to deal with who instills confidence at every turn. Highly recommend Precision for any issues you may have cause you can count on them to show up quickly. Than you!

Google5Scott and his co-worker came to install our new garage door. I was impressed on how they completed the job in less time than I was told. They did an outstanding job and I would recommend them in a minute!

Google5Precision was amazing. I called on a Sunday morning thinking I'd be leaving a voice mail. Next thing I know I'm speaking to a scheduler and ended up getting same day service. Josh came out, gave an estimate, and the next thing I knew he was ready to do the work. I also want to say how thorough and personable Josh was. Incredibly nice guy and is really good at what he does. Precision is lucky to have him!

Google5A+++ for Jesse Martin. Both of our garage cables snapped yesterday. We tried everything but won't open. I called the company that installed our garage door but the earliest repair they could do is the month of April. So, the following day I decided to look for a local one. I picked Precision Garage Door, called around 8am and they have a technician available by 10am-12nn on. (Praise God!). 10:01am I got a call that he was on the way. And he got here on time. He answered and explained to me how garage works with all the springs, cables and all. Also, discussed the 3 options and pricing for me. He knows his job very well. Very professional. I'm glad our garage is fixed. I'm a happy customer.
