BBB5I was uneasy buying something this expensive on line after another garage company took a deposit from me and never called me back and never received my garage. After talking to my sales rep ***** for a few weeks and she always answered my calls and emails. She was upfront about everything and never over promised just to get the sale. The factory gave me consistent updates and kept me informed throughout the process and was very Thorough with the details as I was ordering a garage and shed. The guys that came out to build them where great as they did a great job and where Gentlemen to deal with. I couldnt be more happy with this company and the process that they handle everything! I have had a few questions after everything was built and my rep ***** has continued to answer my calls and emails right away.

BBB5Top shelf, outstanding..couldnt be more pleased with the communication, attention to detail, and installation..my Sales Rep ****** is one of the best I have ever encountered..she made sure I understood everything, listened to my concerns, and solved my apprehension..I cant recommend this company any more highly!

BBB5Working with ***** and **** was an all around positive experience. Designing the structure took a lot of back and forth before agreeing on the final design. ***** and **** were extremely professional from the beginning of the contract to the very end. They are prompt in returning phone calls, answering questions or getting back with the correct answer. The structure took 16 weeks to be delivered and installed since the contract was signed. The lead installer (*****) kept an open communication as the structure was being installed. He asked questions, made adjustments to accommodate the customer. We received the wrong door and the lead installer was flexible in letting the customer buy a new door at Home Depot and installed the door. The company sent a reimbursement check within ten days. Overall, we are very satisfied with the design, structure, and the services provided. I would highly recommend Best Choice Carports and ****** Installations crew.

BBB5Great communication and an all around honest company. Linda was quick, responsive and very helpful through the process. Highly recommended.
