Google5Garage door was stuck half way. I pulled the release cord but the door would not move. Called for immediate service and my door was repaired within a few hours. I've used this company in the past and credit it with excellent service.

Google5Highly recommend! The front desk lady is super professional. Appointment can be made quickly and with text confirmation. Technician is on time and efficient! The quote is very reasonable. So glad we found this company. And love our new door opener! Will hire this company for any future garage project.

Google5Very professional from start to finish, I would definitely recommend, especially if you have an odd installation like mine. I have an old detached garage that was converted to a potting shed, that I wanted back as a garage. It was especially tricky, as the garage floor was on a slope, and the original opening had been enclosed, so it would would need to be roughed in. There were also a couple beams in the area where the opener would be installed that might be in the way. Dave F., the sales manager had a great grasp of the challenges and indicated that they could do the entire job including rough-in, door and opener. I was especially impressed when he recommended that they could install overhead rails that go on a slant that followed the slope in the floor, to maintain clearance with the top of the car. I got 3 other quotes, and none of them would do the complete job or offered the custom installation required. Two of them never even looked in the garage, and one was better, but referred me to a separate contractor for the rough-in. They were all price competitive, except for one that was 4x higher than the rest (the Costco buying program, ugh). The install was delayed a couple of weeks due to installer illness, which is understandable during December. They were good at letting me know about the delay a day ahead of time. Greg S. was the installer and he showed up right on time, wore a mask while we talked and did a great job on the rough-in and installation. It was pretty tricky, as he had to fit the garage door opener rail under one beam, then over the other beam. It was a tight fit, but he made it work. It was a beautiful job. Tina takes care of the billing and did a good job of taking the deposit and sending the final bill. This was all done by phone/credit card to save time. There was one small problem with the final bill, which was quickly resolved. I've had the door for about a month and am very happy with it. I recently mentioned to Dave F, that since it's a detached garage it would be nice to have an outside keypad, and he was good enough to drop one off recently. Again he went above and beyond in service. Thanks again.

Google5I was able to schedule a free estimate a couple days after I called. The person showed up on time and was very professional. He asked me what I wanted to replace and gave me some options. 30 mins after he left I received a quote with multiple options that were less expensive than the style I was looking at. They also provided before and after photos of the garage door with the different options so I could see what the different garage doors would actually look like. I chose the option I wanted. They were able to install within 4 weeks when all other companies were 8-12 weeks out. They got it all done within a few hours. They were also the cheapest option of all the estimates I received. To recap, they came the fastest to provided a quote, they are technologically advanced enough to superimpose the new door on a photo of my existing door so I could see how it looks before committing, they were able to get materials and install the fastest and they were the least expensive for a better product than other estimates I received. Door Systems of Worcester is a great company.

Google5My door request wasn't standard. My vehicle needs extra height to get the doors opened. Dave designed and had an installer come to install it to perfection. I could not recommend them more.

Google5Bob was extremely helpful in helping us pick the best garage doors for our home. I was very impressed with his professionalism, prompt pricing, and turnaround on installation. We have several neighbors thinking about replacing as well this year. Hopefully you offer a referral bonus! ~Ann
