Google5I reached out to NE Overhead Door based on a recommendation from a friend who had used them recently and was blown away with their response and service. The technician called ahead of time, assessed the situation with our garage door, provided us with multiple options, and did the work the same day. We are thrilled with the work that he did. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Google5Excellent service. Our garage door cable broke and Dave from NEOHD came out the next day and fixed it quickly and easily. We're due for a full garage door system makeover and will be using them when we're ready.

Google5The technician, Sean, quickly evaluated and presented options to me. Advising the rebuilt versus piecemeal repair was more economical. He performed the repairs quickly and left my garage clean. A well done job.

Google5This garage door company has solid staff from the office staff to the service man who came to give my garage door a winter tuneup and made some nice additional services to help maintain my garage door for future purposes. Serviceman was on time, completed the work in good time, and was very personable and answered every question about garage door operations to educate and inform me about it's mechanics. Before this, I only knew how to push the remotes to open/close the door. I would recommend this company if your garage doors need attention and repair.

Google5We're very happy with the quick and professional service we received from New England Overhead Doors. The person I spoke with on the phone made an appointment for just 48 hours from my call. I was told that Sean, the repair person, would call me when he was on his way to our house. Sean called to advise that he would arrive in 15 minutes. He was able to make the necessary repairs while he was on-site. We could not have had a more positive experience. We will definitely use New England Overhead Doors for future repairs to our garage doors.

Angi5Dave from Overhead Door is a pleasure to work with. He is prompt, explains everything before he does the work. We had him fix a broken cable in the past and knew we would call him when we needed the major work done. Very personable and professional. Angi5It was easy to schedule a prompt appointment. The technician showed up on time, he was easy to talk to, and he respected the social distancing protocol. He explained what maintenance needed to be done and showed me the damage to support his claim. He was clear about the cost. He did the work well and our garage door has been moving smoothly and quietly ever since. The payment process was streamlined. Overall, we are very happy with the work and the entire experience. Angi5Dave did a great job replacing the old motor on my garage door and installing a high lift kit. He arrived on time for the appointment and made sure to explain the steps. Once it was done he showed me all the features and how to use it. The new opener is great, it is WiFi enabled and you can open with an app and even get real time notifications when the door is opened or closed if you want. It also has a motion sensor light, that goes on automatically if you enter the garage at night from the house. I would definitely recommend them for garage door service. It’s nice to know they are there to help so I don’t have to worry about it. Services Rendered: Replaced failing garage door motor
