Yelp5John and his team do a fantastic job. They were able to provide a quote quickly and matched both the timeframe and the price. Quality door and expert installation. Hauled away old materials, replaced trim and even cleaned it when install was complete. Reasonable, professional experience with people who know their trade and do it well. I highly recommend Romano Overhead Door in Fitchburg.

Yelp5Romano has been our go-to garage door company of years. John has been extremely helpful with everything from replacement parts to complete new doors and openers. In most cases I've done some or all of the work myself and still get great support including tips and trick for easy install.

Yelp1Called them and set up a day for a quote. The guy came late, then said he had to go back to the office to quote us. Never received the quote. I called almost 2 weeks later and he said he had been moving and very busy (strange excuse because he was at work and I would think that means he follows up with customers while at work, moving or not) and he said he would get the quote to me within the hour.....nothing! Very sad that they had 5 stars but treated us this way.

Yelp5Have nothing but positive comments for the rapidity, competence of service and efficiency of Romano Overhead Door which we have relied upon in Leominster, MA for many years. We're very pleased with the recent overhead garage door opener and keypad installation. The one that was replaced had lasted about 30 years.

Yelp5We've been very happy with this small family-run business for over a decade now at several homes. Our experience is that they do things right the first time, are competitively-priced and have a firm grasp of the knowledge required in their industry. We wouldn't consider any other companies in the area but Romano.

Yelp5Called this outfit because my garage door spring broke. They were professional and prompt and reasonably priced. Came out a few hours after I called and fixed the springs and cables while I was at work. I would definitely call them again and highly recommend them!
