Google5Robert came the same day I called him to fix the garage. He was very kind and professional. He answered my questions about my garage door possibly needing to be replaced. Hw said he would forward the information. There was no pressure.The problem ended up being the fuse box. One of them was turned off. He did not charge me. I would have thought it was fair if he charged me a service call. Highly recommend!

Google3Purchased new door and had installed by Mike's in January 2021. In March 2022 bolt broke and had to be replaced and belt reinstalled. Cost was 10% of original door cost. Our garage door does not get heavy use and I hope this is just an incident and not a warning sign. I appreciate the response Mike, however I had a Genie garage door opener before and now I have a Chamberlain opener.

Google5Great service, my wife backed into the door and broke the 2 bottom panels, i thought its going to be a huge expense, but Mike's guy, Eddie came in and replace the broken panels the same day. I believe it was 4 hour from the moment I made the call to the moment my garage door was working again, fast, reliable and professional service!
