Curtis was amazing, he came, did an excellent job replacing the broken spring and adjusting the motor on our garage door. Thanks for getting us in and out of our garage once again!
We had an issue with the garage door at my work. Everyone was booked out until February and even May/June. We figured we would try a few more places before the cold sets in this weekend. They answered the phone right away, said they would get someone out ASAP but would probably be tomorrow. 20 minutes later and someone had finished a job early. They came over and fixed it immediatey! The pricing is great as well. Super affordable. The customer care was fantastic and attentive!
Our garage door opener quit opening all of the way so I contacted The Doorman based on the customer reviews. Due to their overwhelming workload they prefer that you leave a text message which I did. Kurtis contacted me later in the week and got our door back up and running (better than it ever has) in less than an hour. He probably could have gotten it done faster if I hadn't asked so many questions which he graciously answered. The Doorman is definitely my new "go-to" for any garage door related issues. Extremely professional and conscientious.
This business was contacted 4 MONTHS ago to come and fix our garage door. Two panels that were accidentally ran in to. This is now November and my garage is still not fixed even though they charged half the money to order the parts. No one answers the phone, you must leave a text for a return call. They last said they would be over next week to fix the door however that was 3 weeks ago. If they don't have time to fix the door then they should tell you instead of just giving one excuse after the next why they have not fixed my garage door. You need to give the money back that you collected so we can call someone else that will actually come and fix our door.
We contacted the doorman for a quote to replace the seals around our garage door. They called and set up a time around noon 10/20/23, a week after we put in the initial request. They did not show up at the allotted time due to some emergency calls but as soon as they were able they called and asked to come over and take a look. Kurtis(sp?) was very professional and explained everything to my husband. After giving the quote and my husband saying lets do it he ran to pick up materials he would need and got back within 30 to 40 minutes. He completed the job quickly and did an amazing job. We are for sure going to do more business with them when we have need for their services in the future.

Great service and fast! So glad I called The Doorman. I had a return call and appointment within a week. Curtis came and diagnosed the issue and was back in 2 days to make the repair. He was professional, intelligent, and friendly! The best customer service experience I've had in a long time. The only reason I didn't give a 5 was on price. I thought it was a little high but I am extremely happy with the work!
Sunday morning, could not get the car out of the garage because of a broken garage door spring. Was stressing a little bit because we had to travel the next morning. Left a message with The Doorman. Loren came to the house and had the springs replaced before noon. Was not expecting a response like that, especially on a Sunday. Could not be happier, and would definitely recommend them.
