Don't give out an emergency/after hours number if you're not going to respond or bother to call back. Called around 3:45pm on Friday (of course, I don't realize my door wasn't opening on Friday when they close 3 hours early) and still have not received a response (9:40am Saturday). (May change my review pending next communication).

Called these guys to fix my overhead door. They were out 2 days later and said it was such a simple fix that they didn't want to charge me. Wow! I know it was a 30 minute drive each way. Thank you!

Initial response time was better than expected, however communication was very lacking. I had no idea when my parts might come in or when they'd come back to install them and had to play phone tag due to my work schedule. They couldn't be bothered to get my name right, so my bill is under someone else's name and they 'can't find me' in their system when I called to check on their verbal agreement to change the broken springs during installation to their springs instead of the manufactures. They'd forgotten all about me and soon after stopped caring because I 'didn't exist'. Just bad communication, lack of care, and they'll actually forget you exist. Definitely not using again. Two star only because the garage does work now, even if it is loud. More like 1.5 because it's starting to have issues again.

Overhead Door. I called and had a guy come in two days, he was accommodating, efficient and very pleasant. I cannot emphasize how impressed I am, this is Aaron. He is an awesome human being and deserving of every praise from you all. I would recommend him to any business who may want to hire him, you are fortunate to have employed him. Overhead Doors, if you treat this man right, he will serve you and all others well. It extremely rare to get great customer service in 2022. I have used Yakima Overhead Door in the past but needed advice on fixing a spring. I expected them not to want to help and brush me off quickly. The guy with longer Grey hair not only answered all my questions but went as far as to draw me a picture and take me back to look at their model door and walk me through it. I will definitely recommend them in the future and post on Social about the above and beyond service I received. I'm sorry I did not get his name but he is a asset to their company. Or he is possibly the owner I don't know but regardless thank you.

We had broken springs one morning. They were on site by 8:00 AM and replaced with a new opener (by our request) within one hour. Knowledgeable, experienced, fast and reasonable. I will highly recommend this company.

Called this morning to get an estimate to have my torsion springs replaced. The receptionist seemed to be clueless about the services they offered. She stated she could send someone out for a cost of $89 and had no idea what the cost would be for further repair. This is a very common issue with garage doors. Called three other businesses and they were able to give me a clear estimated cost for repairs. Update: Received an email from Marcus with Overhead Door. He felt the review wasn't a good representation of his business. He stated that the person answering the phone lacked the knowledge to answer my questions. I was able to find another company to complete the job.

Garage Door would not open past 4 inches from the ground. Called the "Top rated" Dependable Doors company....no response after 24 hours. Called Overhead Door. Immediate response, scheduled first thing the next day. Tom called this morning said he was at another job and would be heading our way asap. 30 minutes later he showed up. Found the problem right away. Suggested upgraded, better quality springs to handle the 200+ lb. garage door. Did the install in less than an hour. Very friendly, and professional. He did not peel out of my steep gravel driveway like so many other contractors. I would not hesitate to call them or refer them to anyone else needing their services. To think that I would have missed out on "good service" had I called the other company back....but why? They didn't even have the courtesy to return my message. Over the years I've used Overhead Door's service 6+ times, either for repairs or for door replacement. I've always found their staff to be courteous and professional. When there were challenges with a repair, they always explained the problem fully and all repair issues were resolved to my full satisfaction! Response time is generally very good, considering the wide geographic range that they cover ! Thanks for your great services !
