Doesn't even deserve one star. They were suppose to be here between 10-12 I call this morning to confirm they said yes the tech will call before they come. 12 pm comes around I call they say they can't help me because they don't have a tech in our area today. I told him I call this morning and verified they said yes and now your telling me your not. He said he would have his manager call me in 10 min. Ok 45 min later no call do I called them back and the guy said his manager is busy and will call when he can and hung up never will I call them again bad customer service and I can spend my money elsewhere that will help me without attitude ugg
