The representative sent to assess my door was exceptional. He arrived in a timely manner, repaired the problem, and explained what the problem was, how to check it myself if needed, and lubricated the track. It was a simple fix that I thought would be costly. Not costly at all. The representative told me they stand behind their products.

Fantastic customer service.!!! I called at 7am and a gentleman was here by 11am with the correct spring to repair my garage door. They had on file my door so it was a one stop repair. Thank you for caring about your customers!!

Soooo helpful and fast! I called in the morning with an emergency and they were there that day. Fixed the problem so fast and didn't try to oversell or cross sell anything crazy. I still bought extra stuff but because I felt comfortable doing so. The techs were helpful and friendly!! I would recommend them any day! Thank you guys!!!!!

Absolutely the worst door company to ever deal with, 4 days to come out, temporary repair and told not to use unless absolutely necessary, told 5-10 business days to order new springs, driver didn't show at appointment time came 30 minutes before and lied to office, had to call another company for actual repair and now they want me to pay $119.00 for not doing anything and they even asked to use my ladder. This company is a JOKE!!!

I just had a loose connection. They were not here longer than two minutes and they charged me $86. I was shocked that they charged me that. I was talking about getting a new garage door opener and everything through them and nothing, it was like here's the bill, so I am looking for somebody else. My bill says they lubed with oil and they did not lube anything, I was there with them every moment. We talked a little bit and then we left. All they did was adjust the eyes because there was a loose screw. I was just flabbergasted so I was not impressed. I was not happy at all. They fixed the problem. Services Rendered: I used Drake Reed Door Company to service my door for operation.

They were very professional and concerned with replacing only what really needed to be done. After checking all of the elements they determined that a small pulley needed to be replaced. They did that and were on their way. All in less than 1/2 hour. Punctual, professional, good work. I wish they did more than doors so I could use them for other projects!! Services Rendered: I had a very squeaky door that lubricant wasn't fixing. They came out, did a complete check of the door and parts.

Well, don't let anyone B.S. you about their service..! They brought me surf and turf for lunch and a bottle of Asti..! ...and then did their work quite efficiently..! Services Rendered: Take down old garage door opener and put a new one in it's same place and brackets and replace garage door safety sensors on two doors.

This was a wonderful experience. Cost was right on. Very professional and friendly. The owner himself came to the house that afternoon to make sure we purchased the right doors.
