At 5 pm I came home on a Friday and closed my garage door after driving into my garage ..... and heard a loud sound !! Found we were unable to open the garage door . We gave Hershey Door a call and was pleasantly greeted by a voice who said that she could get someone to fix our door within the next 15 minutes ..... and presto he arrived and our door was fixed within the hour !!!!!

I'm a very happy customer! My doors are beautiful! I also applied the black magnetic hinges. I love the app that tells you when the door opens and closes! Our estimate was very fair, the workers were quick and very professional. Call Joe! You won't be disappointed!

Very quick response but took 4 visits to home and problem with faulty garage door persisted. They apparently had wrong diagnosis and a competitor, Precision, spent the time to figure it out and fixed it in one visit.

We have had to call Hershey Door Service just three times for repairs in the 10 years since they installed our garage door opener. The third time was this week. As in the past, our repairs were important but not urgent, and without fail someone was here the next day. The problems have been diagnosed quickly and repaired efficiently. Even when we've had to wait for parts, the repairs were made within a day. I can't imagine ever getting better service elsewhere.

Service tech was great. He explained possible causes of problems and worked through troubleshooting beginning with lowest cost options first. We were invoiced only upon successful fix of our door operation & pricing for service was reasonable. We will use this vendor in the future. Services Rendered: Original Garage door was Not closing properly

Great! They came out the very next morning, I just left the side door open for them. I came home within an hour of them being here and it was all fixed! They sent me the bill in the mail. I was super pleased with their response time and quickly ability to get a job done. Services Rendered: A gear or something broke on our door and we were having to raise and lower it by hand. They came and replaced the part.
