Overall, our experience was good. The staff were professional and knowledgeable in the process. The installation crew were fantastic and explained everything we needed to know well. There were 2 areas of hiccup that would benefit future customers if they addressed it. 1. External key pad is not waterproof. We will have to build something to protect it now that could have easily been incorporated into the key pad itself 2. The staff member that came to measure the space said it was good. When the installation crew came, they identified an issue our contractor and the door company missed. This required changes and delayed the install. Had the person that came to measure from Overhead Door been properly trained, the issue could have been fixed before the door came in. Also, when he returned to confirm the correction was made, they didn't tell him what the issue was; I explained it to ensure we didn't have any more issues. Communication between Overhead Door staff should be improved.
Needed a new panel in my door.. Talked to Kathy in Hanover office very knowledgeable and pleasant... got my new remote that I lost set up when they came out to measure and check to order panel ...
