Google5John, who helped us pick out our doors was very thorough with our options and was very patient as we looked through all of the samples. We finally picked out the doors and we love them. When the doors came into Precision, we scheduled a date for the install. Rick, from Precision, came out and he couldn't have been any more friendly, knowledgeable and he definitely went beyond the usual to make sure we were pleased with the final product! Thank you Precision, Rick and John! My wife and I highly recommend Precision for any garage door needs you may have!

Google5The technician, Henry, was kind and honest. I knew I wasn't going to love the price tag, but he gave me three choices/levels of cost/repair. I ultimately chose the "middle ground" one. I had to leave for work soon after he got started, but it sounds like the work was done in a fairly short period of time and all seemed well when I returned from work that evening. Would recommend.

Google5Justin, our service technician was super helpful and knowledgeable. He explained things twice, once to me and again when looping my husband in. My husband asked some detailed questions and Justin answered with knowledge and patience. I appreciated that we were not pressured to add more services then was needed, and Justin was honest about things we didn't necessarily need at the time. I'd definitely recommend this company and hopefully you also get Justin to handle things!

Google5Very welcoming ! Entire morning started very professional with a courtesy call with informing me he could come earlier without feeling pressured. He arrived on time.... Not to mention it's SUNDAY. Anyone that can work weekends is already amazing. He was quick, efficient and communicated everything that was occurring and made sure we were satisfied and didn't have any questions prior to leaving. He gave us further information into other services we could possibly use in the future. 10/10 recommend this company and our providers name was Henry!!! 2024 is off to a good start with customer service and professionalism.

Google5We had a very good experience with Precision Door and our Technician Justin. Our garage doors were overdue for Maintenance and we had original components and motors. Then, of course, we had an issue with one of opener motors. Precision was out the next day and Justin completed a thorough inspection and discussed our concerns. He was able to make recommendations and lay out several options moving forward. Within two days we had two new openers and the spring assembly's replaced. Google5I can't recommend this company enough. From John who helped me to decide what would look best to Rick who went above and beyond on the installation. Google5Technicians Zack and Zack performed an excellent installation of two new garage doors, tracks, operators and associated hardware in our 100 year-old garage. They are very professional and courteous. They answered all of my questions without hesitation, and left the job site spotless. They had to first remove remove two existing garage doors that were at least 35 years old. You can see no evidence that the old door were ever there. Thanks also goes to Door Designer John Mazza who quoted the job for us. He is very detail oriented and answers all of your questions. They are true professionals and the quality shows in the picture I have attached.

Google5Two gentlemen (both of their names zach) just installed a 16 foot garage door and a smaller garage door for an exterior building that I have on my property. They were extremely professional, kind, respectful, and thorough during installation and clean up. I was walked through set up for both the smart phone application and garage door openers. I am extremely satisfied with their service and I can't recommend this company enough. Thank you to both Zachs for their professionalism.
