I contacted several local garage door companies before speaking with Dillon of Morgan Overhead Door. I knew that I needed cables replaced and my garage door put back on the track. All other companies required a call back, and charged a ridiculous and expensive service fee just for coming out to look at the problem. Dillon answered my call immediately and was able to come out the same evening. He was punctual, courteous and honest about the repair needed. He explained what needed done, and had the necessary parts on hand to make the repairs. The repair was done quickly and his bill was more than fair. I highly recommend giving Dillon a call before bothering with those other local companies that will nickel and dime you.

My garage door spring snapped about 630 this morning. So I got on Google immediately and I found Dillon. I decided to give him a chance based on all of the positive reviews. And I definitely made the correct choice. It was fixed same day, at a reasonable cost. Would 10/10 recommend.

I would HIGHLY recommend Dillon Morgan for any of your garage needs! He was so prompt to return my phone call and came over the very next morning...on a SATURDAY. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to quickly replace our garage springs at such a reasonable price. His professionalism and attention to detail is top notch. Wow. So Dillon and I are 1000 miles apart and he was still able to fix my garage door. Who or what company do you know that can do that. All it took was a phone call and just a little bit of info and Dillon was able to tell us exactly what to do to get us back up and running. What a guy and the knowledgeable he has for his field is outstanding. I highly recommend for all and any garage door needs.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Dillon. Gave honest great advice when helping us choose the equipment, got us on the schedule, gave us an estimated arrival time to make it even more convenient, and did a fantastic job on the installation even improving the function with supply's not provided by the kit. Then to top it off he even helped set up the smart phone app. If you need any services Morgan overhead door provides don't hesitate to call Dillon and get on the schedule!

My 83-yr old mother's garage door spring broke. With a google search, I found Morgan Overhead Door. The great reviews led me to encourage her to call. She called in the evening and received a call back within 20-min. Dillon arrived early the next morning and had the door fixed within 30-min. My mother had a GREAT customer service experience at a very fair price. She asked me to promise to post Dillon a good review. Promise kept!

I've had Morgan Overhead Door install a replacement garage door (a year ago) and recently help me install and set up a wireless remote for the overhead door. I’m a property manager and my tenant relocated from a different state and had an out of state phone number. The owner of the home lives in Florida also. I contacted Dylan and he said he would take the job. It wasn’t until 5:45 that he stands up my tenant and decided to tell me he doesn’t want to take the job simply because he doesn’t want to work with someone. It’s outrageous that my tenant has to continue with a broken garage door simply because he doesn’t want to call someone to payment instead of just telling me he isn’t interested. Both cables snapped on my garage door and the springs came undone. Dillon is very nice and asked me a few questions about what happened to my door. He said he would be at my house in a couple of hours. He got to my house and took a look at my door and then got to work.
