I contacted several local garage door companies before speaking with Dillon of Morgan Overhead Door. I knew that I needed cables replaced and my garage door put back on the track. All other companies required a call back, and charged a ridiculous and expensive service fee just for coming out to look at the problem. Dillon answered my call immediately and was able to come out the same evening. He was punctual, courteous and honest about the repair needed. He explained what needed done, and had the necessary parts on hand to make the repairs. The repair was done quickly and his bill was more than fair. I highly recommend giving Dillon a call before bothering with those other local companies that will nickel and dime you.
My garage door spring snapped about 630 this morning. So I got on Google immediately and I found Dillon. I decided to give him a chance based on all of the positive reviews. And I definitely made the correct choice. It was fixed same day, at a reasonable cost. Would 10/10 recommend.

Wow. So Dillon and I are 1000 miles apart and he was still able to fix my garage door. Who or what company do you know that can do that. All it took was a phone call and just a little bit of info and Dillon was able to tell us exactly what to do to get us back up and running. I have nothing but positive things to say about Dillon. Gave honest great advice when helping us choose the equipment, got us on the schedule, gave us an estimated arrival time to make it even more convenient, and did a fantastic job on the installation even improving the function with supply's not provided by the kit. I’m a property manager and my tenant relocated from a different state and had an out of state phone number. The owner of the home lives in Florida also. I contacted Dylan and he said he would take the job. It wasn’t until 5:45 that he stands up my tenant and decided to tell me he doesn’t want to take the job simply because he doesn’t want to work with someone. It’s outrageous that my tenant has to continue with a broken garage door simply because he doesn’t want to call someone to payment instead of just telling me he isn’t interested. It went very well. Dillion was very knowledgeable and lead me to perfect garage doors that would improve the look of my house. Once I had the garage doors picked out the order process and installation of the garage doors was very quick. Dillion did an excellent job with the installation and was very trustworthy. Both cables snapped on my garage door and the springs came undone. Dillon is very nice and asked me a few questions about what happened to my door. He said he would be at my house in a couple of hours. He got to my house and took a look at my door and then got to work. He had all the new parts installed and my door going up and down in less than an hour. I am very happy I called him and I would recommend him to all my friends or in the future call him again.
