My mom purchased two garage doors from this company. She is a 76-year-old retired widower who lives in Pennsylvania who lives on a fixed income. Her sister got a discount. Yes she did not. It is a shame to think that a company who makes this much money would not give a senior citizen who purchased two garage doors a discount when she purchased these garage doors paying with a check and not a credit card or senior discount.
Today we had one of our garage door openers replaced by Omega Doors. Our installer John was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and professional! He also did some minor work on our other door and existing opener. Great experience! Definitely recommend

My garage door would not open and my car was stuck inside. I called Omega Door Co Inc, the person on the phone was very courteous and insured me that someone would be out shortly for repair. John the service technician was professional and knowledgeable within a few minuets he detected the problem and gave me a reasonable quote for repair . John replaced the spring in less than an hour. Extremely well! Services Rendered: We thought we needed a new garage door. He came out to see if the broken door could be repaired. We repaired instead of replaced for a fraction of the cost. He didn't have a needed part with him, so came a second day to finish up, but charged us for only one service call.

The technician that came out to my house was 2 hours late. When he got there, he said there isn't much he can do to reduce the noise and then said that my garage doors need braces, so I agreed to hire them to do the work. This was on a Friday, he said they would be out on Monday to do the job. I never heard from them again. They did not show and never called. Services Rendered: Initially called for general door maintenance to reduce noise produced by my garage doors. Ended up hiring them to install braces on my door.

Great! Price was great, work was excellent, and I will definitely use the for all my garage door problems in the future! Thanks very much. Services Rendered: Checked for problem (door would not close) and could not replicate problem we had experienced. Moved sensors to help with sun glare and tested them. Added steel stiffener where opener bolts to door. Then performed maintenance and oiled rollers. Just before completing the call he raised the door one last time and the motor starter capacitor finally failed completely (it had been failing apparently intermittently and was suspected as the problem but had no visual signs of failure but I was told it still could be the problem). Once it was replaced, everything works fine and smoothly. the workman was excellent, and explained everything he did as I watched. Cost was broken down as $50 service call + $32.50 parts + $45.00 labor and worth every penny of it! Thanks very much.... I will use Omega Door for all my garage door problems in the future!!
The workman was very curious and profession and worked quickly explaining everything he was doing. Very tidy too. I would defiantly recommend. He also arrived on time and took away the old unit. Services Rendered: fitted new automatic door opener in the garage.
Very knowledgeable. Very personable. Was beyond pleased with his expertise to diagnose, not over charge, and get the job done in less than an hour!!! Services Rendered: Replaced the side straps that lift the door up and down. One was fraying and the other was over tight.
