Garage door wouldn't open due to broken springs. Josh, the technician arrived in a timely manner, replaced both springs, answered all our questions, and even helped us with a new remote control that we had bought for the door. Very pleased with the work performed. I'm happy to say that if any garage door repairs etc. are needed in the future, I'll know who to call and will definitely recommend them to friends. These guys are the best! When my garage door wouldn't open I called because my friend had used them and she was very satisfied. They were professional and polite. We came home the evening before the service was done, & couldn't get our garage door to open. We discovered that one of the torsion springs had snapped (it's 16 years old). I called the company at about 9:00 PM & left a message with their answering service. Someone from the company called back the next morning, & a technician was at our house by about 1:00 PM the next day. Thankfully we didn't have to work that day, as my husband's car was trapped in the garage; they may have been there even sooner if we had. My husband was home when the service was performed, & said the technician was very nice, & completed the job in about an hour. Services Rendered: removed & replaced garage door springs, lubed & inspected door operation

This is my second time using this company and I was very happy once again. They were able to fit me in on a day I was already going to be home, so I didn't have to take more time off of work. The technician was extremely nice but did his job very efficiently. I would definitely call them again in the future. Services Rendered: Garage door wouldn't open or close. They replaced the gear assembly in the opener and did a general service overall.

Called on Tuesday for an appointment on Thursday. Their website states someone will always answer the phone. I got the answering machine. Received a call back within 15 minutes. The phone connection was poor. Had to repeat myself many times. Background noise was intrusive. I was advised I would receive a phone call on Thursday when the technician was on his way. I never received that call. The technician never arrived. I called. Again, the connection was poor. They couldn't guarantee a technician would come Friday. Never apologized. As a back up, I called another company. I have never heard from Cox. Services Rendered: unknown
