Horrible Customer Service & Repair Experience
If I could get them a zero, I would. They were great at picking up the call when they wanted to initiate their first consultation and repair for a fee, and there after it was horrible experience. They never answer their phone. They never repaired my garage. They never refunded me my money. I had to call and pay for another shop to fix my garage door, and their one year warranty is crap if they never answer their phone or return voicemails, when they say they will. Absolutely horrible, I paid $350 for someone to hustle me in the hardest time of my life as a new home owner, a single female, power outages, snow storms, and the loss of my dad. I absolutely blows my mind the service was appalling!

1st repair, 10/28 $350, garage door worked for one week.
2nd repair - same problem, they came out, and said this was definitely the problem, did similar repair as previous, and as I was reluctant they mentioned it's under a 1 year warranty for service if any issues occur.
- I asked for weather stripping around garage door for $55, and they said they'd come following week, when they were at another colfax job, they never called, I called them, voicemail never returned call
-I mentioned I had homeowners insurance, and if I could get it refunded, so they could go through them instead of me paying out of pocket, they said yes, and I never heard back.
3rd repair needed calling for service, under 1 year warranty for service for the same issue
- 1/10, called left voicemail - no returned call
- 1/17, called spoke to lady; she got our two voicemails, and didn't know what to do about the problem, and she hasn't had time to talk with her husband and would call us back. I mentioned the reimbursement for services and to go through fidelity insurance. She never returned call after saying she would after husband clarified.
- 1/26, called left voicemail no returned call
- 1/28, called leaving a voicemail, told them to call within 2 business days, or i will be going through my bank to dispute any charges for their service that was not provided, and because I wrote a check, I couldn't. They never returned call.
-I ended up going through my fidelity insurance paying $75 out of pocket additionally with a new vender. They fixed it on the spot, and showed me exactly what to do if the issue ever persisted. It took 5 minutes to fix, and I never had an issue again.
This company has no morals, character or ethics.
