Verry pore service i call to ask how much a belt replacement is with tgeir service and the secretary tells me they need to see if they even got the belt so she ask what type of overhead do i have i told her i did not k ow but that i just pulled uo to my house if she can just wait a few seconds for me to open my garage and i would tell her .anyways she had the nerve to tell me just call me back when ur ready .like really i was ready and i need this done today ,dont be lazy and not want to wait on the phone or atleast place me on hold for a few seconds if your with a customer at the moment so i hanged up on her just goes to show how much that company wants jobs and what great customer service is lacking. Ill give my money to somone else .

Outstanding service and prices! I called late one evening, spoke with Fernando who was very responsive and had the sceduling person contact me immediately. She was very sweet and helpful and scheduled me for the next day. The technician - Arturo - was amazing! He was was respectful, polite, informative and completed the repairs quickly. Ii cannot remember a time qhen my garage door worked as smoothly as it does after Arturo worked on it. I wish all repair people were like Arturo. Highly reccomend this company!

Rarely do I run across a company that has three things: reliability, quality, and just good people. This company has just that. Hayley in the front office is a fantastic person to work with and the technicians are efficient, honest and do a very good job. The company is responsive and on time and hold a high professional standard. I have used them for two garage door opener replacements and could not be happier. I will absolutely continue to call them for their services in the future!

My right spring broke on my 18*7 garage door, called the company and the tech was here within 30 mins. Very professional luckily he had the springs in his truck not realizing the garage door was bigger than he was told, fixed it and paid over the phone using my cc. Charge $75 service fee $49 per spring. Fast, punctual, great customer service. Services Rendered: Right spring broke on the garage door, size 18x7.
