I recently had a broken spring on my garage door and called ALL PRO OVERHEAD DOOR SYSTEMS in Newark Oh. The tec they sent out was Adam. He was EXCELLENT! Adam was fast, efficient, and knowledgeable in his trade. I would highly recommend ALL PRO and Adam for their service. Rick K

The All Pro website said they replace broken springs. I expected my spring to be replaced when the service man (Jacob) came. He informed me that they did not have the spring I needed. He did show me the part number printed on the spring. I had to go get the spring I needed and Jacob came back the following day to replace it. I expected All Pro had springs in stock to make repairs but in my case they did not. I was charged for each visit. Before you call All Pro to repair your door you may want to ask if they stock the parts that you need.

Today Jacob helped me reset the torsion spring tension on the door and replace the seals at the bottom of both a 16 foot and an 8 wide foot wide door. Torsion setting was straight forward but the seals were a bear to remove and replace. I was able to assist him but with two working it was still very difficult. I have to credit Jacob's persistence in getting the seals replaced. Good job Jacob, thanks.
