Google5I recently had a broken spring on my garage door and called ALL PRO OVERHEAD DOOR SYSTEMS in Newark Oh. The tec they sent out was Adam. He was EXCELLENT! Adam was fast, efficient, and knowledgeable in his trade. I would highly recommend ALL PRO and Adam for their service. Rick K

Google1The All Pro website said they replace broken springs. I expected my spring to be replaced when the service man (Jacob) came. He informed me that they did not have the spring I needed. He did show me the part number printed on the spring. I had to go get the spring I needed and Jacob came back the following day to replace it. I expected All Pro had springs in stock to make repairs but in my case they did not. I was charged for each visit. Before you call All Pro to repair your door you may want to ask if they stock the parts that you need.

Google5Today Jacob helped me reset the torsion spring tension on the door and replace the seals at the bottom of both a 16 foot and an 8 wide foot wide door. Torsion setting was straight forward but the seals were a bear to remove and replace. I was able to assist him but with two working it was still very difficult. I have to credit Jacob's persistence in getting the seals replaced. Good job Jacob, thanks.

BBB5I have dealt with your company on 2 separate occasions and was taken care of the same day as my request. Johnny was my serviceman today and he was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I would refer your company to anyone with garage door issues. Shelley took my call today and was extremely helpful and courteous as well. Keep up the excellent service and your company will continue success.

Google5We were extremely satisfied with the efficient and knowledgeable service provided by Johnny and Will! They did a fantastic job resolving our garage door issues and if/when we have any future needs we will definitely contact them again!

Google5We've worked with All Pro for years now. They have experienced technicians that have always been a pleasure to work with. We receive great customer service at a great price which is why we consider All Pro to be more of a partner than a vendor. I'd give them 6 stars if it were an option!
