Angi1Owner William "Tim" Miner informed me doors were of poor quality. Tried to sell me new doors instead and refused installation job because of the attempt at an upsale. I do not recommend. Services Rendered: Requested a quote for auto garage door opener installation

Angi5Excellent quality materials and fine first class installers. Services Rendered: Remove old door and hardware and install new custom door and hardware including opener. We shopped around for both price and ability to customize all details of door,windows ,trim,etc. Ted helped us design the door and his installation team was professional,friendly and competent. Door functioned and looked perfect and the old door,etc were hauled away. Highly recommended.

Angi5Ted MInder of Custom Overhead Doors in Chatham referred us to C and R Overhead doors in Catskill and e-mailed our information and scope of our problem to them and also copied us on that information. Ted was very professional and responsive to our need but felt we would be best served by C and R. They in turn did an excellent job assessing the situations, providing the needed doors and installing them timely, neatly and removing the old inoperable ones in a manner that was customer friendly and professional. I would be most pleased to give C and R an excellent rating. Angi5The doors were installed on time and the work crew was great. They were on time, did the job in a neat and safe manner and cleaned up their work area when finished. They answered any questions I had. Services Rendered: We purchased the door thru Home Depot and Custom Overhead Door was their contracted installer.

Angi5They are a small, proprietor owner type companies. He was the most honest, straight-arrow guy. When my parents door broke on their house I called him. He gave me a good deal on the door for my parents house. I then also had my doors put in with the electric door openers. He was a good, local businessman that gave you a fair deal. You could trust him. If I'm in that area I stop by and say hello just because he's a nice guy. At one point my door opener went through the wash and he just replaced it for me for free. Services Rendered: I had him tune up my garage door and replaced my parents garage door.

Angi5THEY DID IT IN RECORD TIME, I WOULD SAY WITHIN TWO HOURS FOR THREE DOORS. ITS THE ONLY THING THEY DO. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT. THEY GAVE US A DATE AND CALLED US A COUPLE OF WEEKS BEFORE BECAUSE THEY HAD AN OPENING AND FIT US IN. I THOUGHT THE QUALITY WAS EXCELLENT. Services Rendered: THEY REPLACED THREE OLD GARAGE DOORS WITH NEW MECHANICAL METAL ONES.
