Google5Tito did an excellent job with our garage. He came in on time. He also wrote everything down that needed to be fixed including the prices and explained everything! He is a hard worker, would definitely recommend!

Google5We made the best decision by contacting Precision. The wiring in our Garage Door was cut. I called them at around 9am and they set me up an appointment ASAP that day. Bobby arrived around 11, He is very courteous and Professional. He explained a lot of things that I'm not aware of, repaired the problem and even took an extra mile by checking other problems that we might have in the future. One of the nicest and best service we had.

Google5Elijah from Precision Garage Door did a fine job of fixing my ailing garage door. It was working sporadically and sometimes just wouldn't work at all. He installed new wheels and made other changes that made it work smoothly and well. Thanks Elijah!

Google5Just moved back into the area and my new (older) house garage door was in need. I immediately contacted Precision because I've depended on them for over 30 years in two previous homes. Chris was fantastic. I already had a sense of what the door needed. He thoroughly evaluated the door and motor. Set the limit switches, adjusted the springs, replaced cracked hinges and replaced the rollers installed in the dark ages. And he put on a new bottom seal. All this while it's snowing! Every Precision tech I've ever had has been fantastic. Plus, the price fell in line with my expectations. Can't recommend you enough! The tuneup is just what I needed. Thanks!

Google5From the initial intake person, "Alex", who patiently answered all of my inquiries/concerns . . . to the Technician, Austin A., I must say I was very impressed with Precision. In this not-so-safe world we live in, I liked that Precision had pics of all their technicians along with a brief background and their respective reviews. The Technician, Austin A. was on time, assessed the problem(s), thoroughly explained my options to remedy the situation, was professional, knowledgeable, and exuded a pleasant demeanor. Google5I have used Precision several times. They have been great to work with each time. The employee that showed up yesterday (I cannot remember his name... sorry) was fantastic! Google5Austin A. was the technician that came out to service my garage door. He was prompt, courteous and professional. I explained to him the problem that I was experiencing with my garage door and he knew what needed to be done immediately. He installed new hardware to my garage door to make it open and close quietly and efficiently. Austin A. did a great job and it didn't take him long to make the repairs. I am very happy and excited to have my garage door functioning properly. Austin A. is a great technician and I'll be asking for him again for routine maintenance for my garage door. Craig Smith

Google5My experience with Precision Garage Door was excellent. When I started a search to replace my garage door they were quick to respond with photos of their personnel. Garrett came out with a very professional attitude, well versed on their products and gave me a very reasonable quote. Approximately 4 weeks later Gabriel came out and did an excellent install of the garage door system. It is so smooth and quiet, excellent craftsmanship. Gabriel had jokes too. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door as your first choice for garage door service.
