Google5Dr Garage came out and switch out out torsion spring. It was getting ready to give out at any moment. Wanted to be on the safe side and make sure it was handled the correct way by the right people. I appreciate Dr Garage techs for coming out as fast as they did to service this thing.

Google5Woke up on Saturday to a busted spring and a heavy garage door that wouldn't open. Called Garage Door Repair Doctor and Wade came out about 45 minutes after I called and got the job done. He also reset the stop points, lubricated the joints and got the door operating more quietly than before. He also provided advice on ongoing maintenance. Overall, a great experience and great customer service. Best garage company you will find in Lynn.

Google5Gerald was great. I messaged him about our garage not working and was able to come over first thing the next day. He found the problem quickly and has the parts needed to fix it on site. The price was reasonable and was able to get our garage working within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend Doctor Garage Door Repair to fix your garage. Gerald was super nice to our bulldog that was curious about him as well. Always a plus!!

Google5Our overhead door randomly stopped opening one day. We assumed it was the motor and were about to invest in a new motor, but thought as much to get a second opinion by a pro. I contacted Doctor Garage Door Repair on a Sunday, they came out to take a look that same day, and by 4 PM that same day it was fixed. Turns out the spring had broken--didn't know that was a thing. We have a heavy-duty wooden garage door, tough to work with because it's so heavy, but they handled it like a walk in the park. Sean and his team replaced the old springs and gave us a very fair price. If I will need service on the overhead door again, Doctor Garage Door Repair will get a call.

Google5After our garage door broke, I choose to call Dr Garage Door Repair based on the many great reviews and I wasn't disappointed. Even though it wasn't an emergency (we didn't have a vehicle trapped inside) Steven assumed it was and offered to come in a few hours. I was able to send him a video of the issue and he quoted me based on that. He also did not charge me extra even though I had some stuff in the way the he needed to push back from the garage door. I didn't get any other quotes but the price seemed fair to me! Anyway, very happy I choose Dr Garage Door Repair.

Google5I had Dr Garage Door Repair come out to replace my 20+ year old opener! From the moment I booked the appointment they did everything they said and then some. Hunter of Dr Garage Door Repair showed up on time and was done within 2 hours. He arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable, professional, efficient and personable. With the new opener being High Tech with WI/FI, he took the time to walk me through the setup process and did not stop until he made sure I understand everything. Not being a techie I really appreciated Hunter taking the time advise and help me with all the functionality. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr Garage Door Repair for any of your garage door and opener needs.

Google5Doctor Garage Door Repair is the greatest company you will find! The tech Ian was very professional, on time, excellent communicator. I highly recommend their service. Very thorough, and didn't leave a trace of any garage door work done. Completely happy and satisfied. I already started recommending Doctor Garage Door Repair to friends. And now writing this review recommending to you all the same thing. Yes, they were that good. And if you want professionals and honesty, this is the company to call.

Google5When I couldn't get the door to open I started calling local garage doors repair companies in Lynn. Doctor Garage Door Repair offered the fastest service. And they even got earlier than promised (I did ask for the fastest service as I couldn't open the door to the garage). Spring that snapped quickly replaced with a new one. Couldn't ask for better service.
