Several months ago when we were passing through the city, we performed a Google search looking for the resort we were supposed to check into. Somehow, we were redirected and accidentally called this company, thinking they were someone else. Instead of snipping at us and getting upset, they simply pointed us in the direction of the proper company we were looking for. Since they knew the general area better than we did, they were understanding and helpful, even though we weren't giving them our business. What a gem of a company!
