This was minor work but greatly appreciated. ?I had a recent accident that prevented me from climbing up the reach the bracket. ?As I also did not have the screws and tools, and wasn't sure if there would be an alignment issue, I called Merrimack Valley Glass & Mirror. ?They came out the same day I called and repaired the door. ?Very professional and friendly. ?I would definitely call them again for any garage door issues and highly recommend them.? Services Rendered: They repaired a bracket that held a castor wheel in the garage door track and made sure the garage door opened and closed cleanly.

Our garage door just sopped working one day! In checking Angie's List for a reliable vendor, I noticed Merrimac Valley Glass and Mirror fixed garage doors. There were not many companies in my immediate area who fixed garage doors and I had used them once before for a few replacement panes in my windows. They had done a great job before so I decided to give them another try. They diagnosed the probable issue over the phone but sent someone ithat afternoon to confirm the gears on the door had worn out. They, in fact, had and ordered the necessary parts that day. They were back a day later and the door was fixed within an hour. They spent another half hour (which they did not charge me for) giving the door a mini tune-up and changing all of the lightbulbs on both garage doors. I didn't ask them to do either of these. They just went out of there way to ensure I was happy with their service. Without hesitation, I would use them again. And, I have also already referred them to a good friend who needs their garage door fixed. Services Rendered: My garage door stopped working without any warning. Apparently, the gears had worn out and needed to be replaced.

Excellent response and service. We called Monday morning as the hurricane was building when the door jammed and would not open. They worked to fit us in so we could put the car in garage during the storm. They showed up when they said they would be here and promptly fixed the door. They could have charged a surcharge due to the storm and short notice but they did not. Great people!
