Google5Just had a new garage door installed by Overhead Door Repair Master and an automatic garage door opener added, the process was very easy, install was a breeze and I would highly recommend Overhead Door Repair Master to anyone in need of repair, replacement or advice on any garage door situation. Google5I had a great experience with Overhead Garage Master. 20 mins prior to our appointment, I had a last minute work meeting that came up. Craig was extremely accommodating and we rescheduled the appointment to a later time on the same day. But when my meeting ended unexpectedly early, I asked if he could still come at the original time. He gladly obliged. Once he got here, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and highly professional. Not only did he fix my garage door in a timely manner, he patiently explained what the issue with the garage door was and gave me many tips regarding how to better maintain my overhead garage door going forward.

Google5We contacted overhead master on a Thursday afternoon after the garage door spring broke and they scheduled a technician to come out at 6 PM that same day. Thomas showed up on time, the work was finished quickly, and he walked me through the repair to make sure I understood what he had done. Great work and great service! I highly recommend Overhead Door Master!

Google5Our garage door suddenly stopped working. We thought we were being silly and it must be nothing but we didn't see why it wouldn't open. We contacted Overhead Garage Door Repair Master and they sent Cory who came out the same day at lunchtime. He was friendly and very competent and professional and right when he walked into the garage he saw the top springs and one had snapped. He showed us the spring and answered all of his questions and worked hard and paid close attention to detail. Cory warrants his work and accepts multiple forms of payment. It made a very annoying situation much less painful than it could have been with all of this and we are really grateful. And we learned some things too about maintenance for our door. Cory also doesn't seem sleazy or salesy. I always appreciate that so much. I couldn't recommend Overhead Garage Door Repair Master more!

Google5Overhead Garage Door Repair Master deserves more than 5 stars. I called several companies in Quincy for service and they said they can't get here until the next day, so I tried another company which is Overhead Garage Door Repair Master. I spoke to Luis asked him if he could come the same day and he told me he can squeeze me in with his appointments that day. Luis came to my house showed up within 10 minutes of his scheduled Timed (called 15 minutes before to make sure I am OK with it). Came prepared for all of the things that may be wrong with the garage and went right to work like a pro. Was fast efficient and courteous after he fixed the garage door problem, he took the time to explain to me in details what causes the problem and gave me some tips how to solve the problem next time it happens. If you're looking for professional to work with and trust I highly recommend Overhead Garage Door Repair Master. Thanks Luis for your outstanding service.

Google5I can't say enough good things about Overhead Garage Master! I completely destroyed our automatic door when it got stuck to the back door of our car and I completely ripped it off its hinges and bent it too. Cedric made it out first thing in the morning and made everything just like new!! I was so relieved that we didn't need a completely new door and setup and the price was reasonable! If you're browsing for a garage door repairman in Quincy look no further and choose Overhead Garage Master! I'm glad we did!

Google5I called Overhead Garage Door Repair Master and asked how much the service fee was to come out and check out my garage door which was failing to open. Kingston answered. He asked me to tell him what was going on with the door. I described it to him and he practically just walked me through a simple fix over the phone. He said "I wouldn't feel right coming out to your house and charging you $30 for a service fee just for a simple fix". He was patient and described the issue clearly for me to understand. He was super honest and helpful. You want to give them a call! If you're looking for an honest and reliable company, Overhead Garage Door Repair Master is the way to go.

Google5Excellent client service. We needed a professional because we were in a bind and our garage door had been damaged by our car. When we contacted, it was almost closing time, but the receptionist went above and above to find a technician to come out after his usual shift ended. The technician arrived and assisted us in unlocking the garage door when it became stuck. In order for us to have a functional garage door until we could have a new put, he worked on the door and the door jam. He was considerate, amiable, knowledgeable, and professional. I'm quite impressed and give this business my highest recommendation.
