My wife called me in a panic. I was 45 minutes away from home and she heard a loud bang, followed by the garage door, not moving. She was going to be late for work. I told her to call overhead door solutions and see how long it would be before they got there. Nick Crum, the owner assured my wife that he would have her to work on time and was on his way. He got my wife out of the garage and to work on time and fixed the door spring, put in new rollers and did a service call on the motor and all moving parts. I would like to thank Nick and his crew for their professionalism courtesy to others, and a sense of urgency when an emergency situation happens. It's hard to find these qualities in a small business today and I would highly recommend overhead door solutions to anyone with garage door needs. Thanks again Nick and crew.
