I had a new Gargage door that I had installed. I went to international door to get a opener for it. I explained my door type and set up, low over head reverse stings. They recommended two different options on the wall or on the ceiling. I choose the wall because it would look cleaner with no wires on the ceiling. After installing they would not operate properly. After talking to them they recommended the lift master tech line. After calling them they told me you were sold a operator, that doesn't fit your application. After calling back and letting them know they sold me the wrong product for my application. They said and I'm quoting " sorry about that, but we'll sell you another that will work" Wait what you recommended and told me it would work."yep we're sorry about that you should of bought the Gargage door. Here, have a great day. And he hung up on me. I was blown away not a 5%off or anything. we made a mistake and it's your fault. Please don't buy from them. There the worst.

We met with Jason on December 22nd to discuss new garage doors. He was very informative and patient with our many questions. He proposed a number of solutions and a variety of doors which would meet our needs. We were very impressed with their selections and price ranges. We would highly recommend Jason and this company for anyone looking for new or replacement doors.
I would never recommend this company. I called this company in May of 2020 and began the process of ordering a new garage door for my home. I was very particular that I wanted the garage door to match my front door. Jason Baril came to my house after a couple emails and phone conversations he came to my house with color sample and brochure. The sample was a close enough match that both my wife and I agreed on and started the process of what we wanted the door design to look like. On June 2020 Jason came to my home and again confirmed what we wanted before we ordered. December 2020 after we finally were ready to have our door install his installers came to install the door the door was not the color we chose. We immediately called Jason and was insinuating that we were lying and that the sample he gave us was not from International door. Instead of working with us he asked if we wanted to have the door removed we told Jason that it was not the color we chose and he acted childish and refused to make things right. I called today January 4 and Jason is still in willing to work with us instead both him and his secretary laughed at me multiple time's. They are not willing to work with us and have our deposit held hostage. I myself am a business owner and I would never treat my customers they way he had treated my wife and I.
