Yelp1Terrible. We requested a quote to get some new door operators installed. Their website indicated an estimate would be free. We weren't home when the guy came to check it out, but he left us a bill for over $100. This was referred to as a work order, however no work was done, there was a just a paper checklist indicating what work needed to be done, which to me is an estimate. We did not pay, and several months later received another bill with interest (ha!). Later we received phone calls with threats of litigation. At that point I called and spoke to a manager who tried to convince me that the original visit was not an estimate, despite no actual work ever being done. After threats from me to call the Better Business Bureau, they finally relented, however we received another call a week or so later about our pending court date and we had to call again to have this straightened out with the same manager. I think we are done with their BS for now. Stay far away.

Yelp1A week or so before Christmas a cable on one side of my garage door snapped. I called Overhead Door about repairs. They reported that they were extraordinarily busy and likely would not get to me before January 7. I said it wasn't an emergency and that that time frame would be fine. The said they would call me back to schedule an appointment. They never did. I had to chase them every step of the way. They never knew where the matter stood and faied to make several promised return calls. Finally someone went to look at the door and told me that really i needed a new garage door and that it didn't make sense to fix the existing door. I said fine, give me a quote on a new door. The same thing happened. For weeks they failed to return my call. Today I was fed up with waiting and I called a competitor who informed me that there was nothing wrong with my door, and that it was the quick fix I had originally thought it was. They got to the house and made the repair that same day! I will not seek to use them again.
