Haven't gotten the bill yet, but work was done quickly and my garage door now works fine! I was afraid I'd need a new one! Hoping I'm as happy with the price as I was with the service!
I went out to garage 3 am this morning to leave for work and unfortunately the chain and cables come unraveled. I called at 8 am to see about a timeframe they told me can't guarantee today but they would do their best. 2 pm they arrived and fixed the issue in less than an hour. Very knowledgeable and professional, Thank you
From the time I called for service on our old garage door until the installation of our new door and motor the service we received from PDQ has been outstanding.( I might add that I initially called another local, large company who had previously serviced our old door and was met with difficulty getting them to even schedule a service call.) Although PDQ repaired our old door, we decided to purchase a new one from them due to its age and condition. There was no pressure to sell us a new door or motor. Jessica was very helpful in assisting us in choosing a new door. The estimate was prompt and the price was far below our expectations for that quality door. The door arrived within a few weeks and installation went smoothly. Although one panel was slightly dented (no fault of PDQ) and the hardware was backordered, Jess promptly ordered a new panel and made sure we received the hardware we chose. Within a couple of weeks, the job was complete . Again, very professional installation. We were also given an upgrade in the motor at no extra charge. I would recommend PDQ over all other local companies for outstanding sales and service, and quality products.
Top notch. This is where the phrase "you get what you pay for" comes in. The best doors, the best installers and service. Had three 8x10 doors and openers installed and it came out incredible. Worth what I paid which seemed higher than some of the other places I looked into. But here they return your phone calls and show up when they say they will.
They were very helpful finding the correct bottom seal for my garage door. Cut me two samples to try. Luckily one worked so went back to get enough for two doors. Gave me a helpful tip to install them. Will certainly go back again.
We found their service to be exceptional. We needed servicing on our garage door and called several places that never even responded to our calls. When I called PDQ in Waterville, Diane was very professional and got us an appointment the next day. The man that came (sorry I did not get his name) was very professional as well and did a great job for us.
As of right now..just 1 star. I emailed company and asked to speak to a salesperson to get quote and received a quick response from them. Salesperson (manager)came over gave a verbal quote,nothing in writing. He measured doors and told us what he had for doors but no book to look at to see if we would like the looks of the door or options that were available. He said he would order doors that he explained to us what they looked like and left. It's been over 2 weeks and haven't heard from him once. I did reach out to them last week to see if doors had been ordered and or come in, if so to please send a photo or something so we know what they look like and to find out when the crew would be coming to put them in. I received a response that I can go on their website to see it and gave me model #. Well,sorry but you cant see all doors on residential or options,only if making your own door can you see some and i Icouldn't find the model number,so I had to YouTube it. So it's been almost a week since I last received a response. Not sure if doors are in or when they will get to us,so I reached out to other companies. The staying in touch with the customer and communication was horrible. Ok..May 18th..still nobody from PDQ contacted me about doors being in or when they will come to install them. So..I ordered doors and openers on line and will put them in myself. I guess they didnt want or need the business. Place is unprofessional and a joke
Its hard to give them Three stars I was going to give them five . the doors arrived they looked great I started putting them together and found they were not the same size panels. I called them a total of three times about it they assured me it was there distribution center an they would get me a panel that was right size. So 2.5 weeks go by no call...I call them .They cant find my door panel and would call me back....they didnt..I called them now the panels are back ordered for 2 weeks the time it takes to reorder the panel they needed to order first time. I ask to speak to owner he never called back.. So expect this kind of service. Good luck with your doors if you buy from this company. Its a 50/50 shot. If problem is not solved in two weeks I will destall the rest of door and send it back for a refund. It will be 5 weeks of not accessing my garage because of a dead door.
Back about 3 years ago, I had these people come over to fix our garage doors ... sort of a tune up! The original installation of the doors was about 15 years earlier! Well they suggested new springs and made some adjustments and greased the track (which was never done) and I'm a very happy customer of theirs now! The service was very good and the pricing was even better! Thanks and I highly recommend them!
