The entire process from evaluating the old garage doors and discussing an upgrade was seamless. Wes the owner ordered the doors we wanted and setup an install date when they came in. Keith and Jerry did a fantastic job on the installation. Color match to the siding was perfect. Very professional and would highly recommend Colonial Door Company for your garage door needs. Needed a cable repaired on my garage door. Called and left a message and got a call back almost immediately. Arrived to make the repair a few hours later. Excellent response and service. Will definitely be calling them back when its time to replace my door.

Saw a woman with shoulder length, blonde hair driving your company truck tonight - she went right through the stop sign at Target because she was on her cell phone! Thought I'd let your company know. I have never used your company nor would I ever seeing that it is represented by reckless drivers. I would have a chat with your employees about safe driving before she crashes into something or someone.

Wes is great. He called me back within minutes of contacting him through Angies List. He was flexible with dates and time for service. He showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. He installed two new garage door openers onto existing garage doors. He performed the service quickly in about two hours. When he was done he showed me how to operate the doors and the control panel that goes with them. The openers work great. I would definitely use Wes and Colonial Garage Door Company again. Everything was a super smooth transaction. We were deciding between a few companys, however colonial gave us a courtesy follow up call and that sealed the deal. Phone conversations were exceptional! Wes was very nice to deal with and very professional. He was prompt for the appointments we made. He is very energetic and was very knowledgeable. He showed us a few ways to get the look we wanted while saving money. We ended up with a garage door that was different than what we originally wanted after taking his advice. We were a bit unsure at first but now that we've had the door for over a month and use it a couple times a day we absolutely love it! His recommendations were right on the money! He was able to get the new garage door quickly and installed it fast. Its great to come home and click a button and the door not only opens, but opens quietly and smooth.
