Morgan Exteriors built us a beautiful 3-season room. Tom came to the house, he listened to what we wanted and together we designed our addition. They specialize in a unique 4 part tinted window that allows floor to ceiling lighting and air flow.The crew were respectful and worked hard to get our room done quickly. They took care of everything; building permits, inspections etc. It is now our favorite room in the house. Great family owned company!

Morgan just finished a beautiful 4 season sunroom addition and deck to our home. They were very professional and pleasant. They were not pushy and always listened to the ideas you may have. You always knew when they were coming or not coming. There was always open communication. We searched out other sunroom contractors and glad we selected Morgan Exteriors. Their work is guaranteed.

Vinyl Windows surrounding our deck with new aluminum door installed by Morgan Exteriors. Very pleased with the initial sales discussion and agreement on deck solution. Installation went smoothly and professionally. Additionally, support after the sale superlative. They know how to treat their customer!

We needed new windows throughout our house, a total of 20 windows. We got 5 estimates from companies selling a variety of products/brands and found that the Okna windows from Morgan were the best value for the money. Lou is a very thorough salesman. He came out to give us a quote and returned a couple more times to answer additional questions, show off the product, and make sure we were fully educated. He also was very frank about addressing competitor products, and was knowledgable about their product lines as well. When it came down to money, Lou was flexible and willing to negotiate, and we're very happy with the final price we agreed to. Their crew was just 2 guys (one of whom was a co-owner of the Morgan Exteriors) doing 20 windows and it took them 5 hours. Blown away by their speed and efficiency. They were clean, respectful (I work from home so was around while they completed the project), and the end result is incredible. Very happy with our new Okna windows and look forward to a warmer winter this year!
