Google5Incredible customer service & workmanship. 13 degrees in Maine this morning. Contacted owner, to communicate that our garage door spring had been damaged & could not open door. Unfortunately too, our garage also had a car inside that we needed access to. Owner came out, accessed the situation, had the door completely repaired within the hour. Highly recommend this business, they are amazing.

Google5If Priscilla and I could give Robert 10 stars, we would. We knew nothing about our garage door opener as no papers were here when we bought this place. Robert was friendly, prompt and immediately solved our problem, which happened to be minor. We were prepared to have to buy a whole new unit, but he was so honest, he never attempted to complicate anything. Take it from 2 octogenarians who have had many encounters with servicemen -- You will never find better service anywhere !!!!!!!! Our hats off to you Robert !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Google5Called 7 different companies with an emergency tension spring replacement, he was the only company to call me back! He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable had my garage door fixed on an hour highly recommend.

Google5I cannot say enough good things. I called about a garage door problem and within hours, a person was at my house providing an estimate. The garage door ultimately needed to be replaced ( which was not really a surprise) and the replacement was ordered and installed within days. Great communication, awesome customer service, reasonable pricing, and excellent work. I will definitely use this company again if I have other issues.

Google5Quick response, incredibly knowledgeable about garage doors and openers. Robert explained what the problem was, why it occurred and how to keep it from happening again. During the repair, he explained and showed me how to maintain my doors and openers to keep them in the best working condition. Best customer service I have received in a long time!!!

Google5We couldn't have been more impressed with the speed and absolutely excellent service we received concerning the replacement of our garage door opener! We'd absolutely recommend this company to anyone having garage door problems.
