Yelp1Took our money in October 2023 for a deposit to order and install garage door and never heard from them again. He won't return our calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Yelp5I called Steve at 8AM - described the problem about the garage door opener broken - he asked what time would you like me to come by - I said noon. Exactly at noon Steve showed up, diagnosed the problem with the old system - fixed it with new parts - was on his way home at 12:45. It works better than ever. Thanks Steve for making a difference on a timely basis!!

Google1First visit to quote the job he was hour late. Day he was supposed to come do the job he was no call no show and his voicemail is full (both numbers listed on his website). Gave him another chance and he is once again a no call no show and unreachable.

Google1BEWARE!!!! If I could write -5 stars I would. This company is a scam! Do not give them money. I called for work to get a quote on a new construction project with 3 garage doors. The guy seemed responsive came out, quoted job in a timely fashion. We agreed to the quoted price and gave a credit card deposit for a very large amount of money. He said 4 to 6 weeks okay. We get it we are in the business after Covid things take a little longer. 6 weeks comes and no response from our 1 phone call. 8 weeks now I am calling daily and emailing just to try to get a response. Week 9 nothing week 10 nothing week 11 finally he answers the owner and say a few more weeks. We never heard from him again. Numerous phone calls and emails went unanswered. Thank God the deposit was on the credit card we disputed it and won! Steve I hope you read this. I gave you every opportunity to reach out and keep me in the loop. If you were having problems with your vendor all you had to do was reach out. A customer that hears from you and knows that you are at least trying will always be more understanding then when you do not reach out. The fact that it had to come down to this let's us believe that you never ordered the doors. I told you the last phone call we actually spoke to just keep us in the loop. You assured you would and then disappeared. Now we have a project that is behind schedule for a heated garage that will not have doors on it until the end of January 2022. That is a full 6 months after I gave you our deposit. Shame on you do better as a human being.

Google1I do NOT recommend using this company for your garage door needs. I contacted Steve Westcott. He said he was going on vacation, but could help when he got back. I waited 2 weeks and then contacted him again on a Monday. He said he would come to fix my door on Wednesday or Thursday and would let me know. When he didn't come on Wednesday, I assumed he would be here on Thursday. Not only didn't he come, I have NEVER heard from him again, in spite of leaving at least 10 phone messages!! Beware. He seems like a nice guy, but does not follow through.

Google5Steve did a great job repairing a garage door that my son drove into. It took time to get the parts, but he hung in there and got it done. Great work - they look brand new!

Google2Wescott are really good guys, but I think they have too much business and keep up with the new installations let alone the repairs. They installed a pair of awesome garage doors which we love. As a part of the installation, Mr. Wescott was supposed install a device on one of the doors that allowed it to be opened through an mobile app. On the day of the service, he said he would return to do the installation. It's been a few years now and despite numerous calls, he never returned. We also had a problem with door hitting the opener bar. The problem started just after the install. Mr. Westcott has not returned to fix this issue either despite several calls and voicemails. I think he is good guy capable to solid work, but is just too busy. Please go in to any arrangement with this business with eyes wide open.

Google5Steve picked up immediatly when i called and scheduled to check out my door that very Saturday. He instantly found the problem and only charged $20 for coming over. Highly recommend!

Google5I called Steve and he came and gave me an estimate 30 minutes later! Than he came back that evening and fixed both my garage doors. I would highly recommend Steve if you need repair to your garage doors.

Yelp1After days of calling , he finally called back. He did the job in timely matter and wanted to try services. Well after much debate I gave in and wow did I get taken he did his thing we did our but his son took off and never paid for our services ,even after repeated phone calls that his son would be back to pay us but never showed . I don't want to give him any stars but I had to. STAY AWAY FROM THAT FAMILY THEY ARE RIP OFFS.SHOULD HAVE SEEN IT COMMING

Yelp1DON"T BOTHER CALLING!!! He doesn't return phone calls! Wescott installed my new door on 5/16, it included the door hardware, key lock, torsion spring. After 8 months of use, on one side the cable had some slack and unwound. I tried calling Wescott since they installed it, that they should come out and look at it, Now at this point, I am having issues opening the door manually. The front handle is falling off! The key lock screws seemed to be stripped! After a few days of leaving messages with NO RETURN PHONE CALL, I decided to hire another company to come out and fix the problem. Turns out the door was not installed level! Which explains why one side loosened up. They installed the correct handle and they are coming back to fix the stripped screws on the locking mechanism. So let's review: Professionalism: F Quality: F Price: D ( now I say this since the price was good, but the quality of the install is below par) There are a lot good local companies out there, be careful of this one. Caveat emptor ( Let the buyer beware). I didn't do enough homework on this one and I paid the price. You shouldn't if you are reading this.

Google1"F" rating from BBB.....No call, no show to do the work! We gave this company a 1,000.00 deposit 9 weeks ago and they just took the money. The owners voice mail box is full and he won't return phone calls. Buyer beware!!
