Google5Appointment making was easy with good range of times, and informative notices when tech was coming. The service tech, Jeffrey Barrales, was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The repair price was fair. Precision originally installed the motors and I would recommend that work as well.

Google5Had a great experience with this company and with their technician Jeffrey! They were able to come fix our garage door within 1 day and Jeffrey was extremely kind, knowledgeable, quick, and efficient with his work. Will definitely be using them again!

Google5Excellent customer service! Met Jeff B.while walking my Doggo and two days later our garage door is fixed! He was extremely thorough, prompt, friendly, polite, professional and really knew his business. Reasonable pricing as well. The folks behind the phones are also terrific. 5 Star experience overall and would highly recommend. (Had 2 cables replaced - took 30 minutes)

Google5Jeff B.was absolutely terrific. He took the time to explain everything about the new door opener and accessories that he installed. Jeff also spent extra time to program and check my car's garage door buttons and check the operation of my other two garage doors. I'm also very impressed with the way Precision communicates via text message, so you know exactly when the service person will arrive. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs service on their garage Doors.
