Google5I cant tell you how thrilled I am with their service. LAST NIGHT AT 9PM we came home in the pouring rain from dinner with the family to find the garage door wouldnt open. Odd. I ran in the side door, tried everything but it appeared the motor for the opener was fried. I opened a project with Thumbtack, took pictures, described the issue and by 9:30 I had an 8am appointment for TODAY. We told them it was urgent and they made room for us. They were in and out of here by 11am including time to run and get parts. Through the pictures he told me he could see that not only did he suspect the motor was fried but that the spring had snapped in half so when he got here he gave me three options for the opener, no option on the spring (it was toast), and asked if I'd like to add drums and rollers so that door would last another decade. They were CLEAN, I mean they swept out the leaves that blew into my garage before they left. They set it up, tested it with me and made sure everything worked like a champ. They were fast, knowledgeable, courteous and reasonable considering the urgency of the call. I would highly recommend them to everyone - excellent work!!

Google5Abe came out same day on New Year's Day to fix a broken spring and hubs on my garage door. Very nice, fair priced, fast and quality work. Highly recommended!

Google5Honest Abe Garage door repair is a great company to work with! Communication was perfect, he let me know when he was on his way and what repairs needed to be done! He fixed my garage quick and it now opens and closes perfectly. He even helped me set my phone up, so I now can open my garage door through the app! If you need your garage door fixed, reach out!

Google5I cannot express how appreciative I am of the work done by Abe! Abe was timely, (he came on the same day he was called and it was even on NFL Sunday!) Abe is knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He went above and beyond by tidying up sloppy wiring left by a prior installation team. I am more than satisfied with the result and with a job well done! Thank you Abe. I highly recommend Abe for any garage door repair needs!
