Called D & D when our garage door would not open properly. We tried for quite some time to put the cable back on the pulley, but finally gave in and called D & D. Carlos was able to come out the following morning ( he would have come over within hours but wasn't convenient for us). He showed up early and was able to replace the 30 year old pulleys and cables on both sides of the door! Door works great now and was all done in less than 20 minutes! Well worth the money. I highly recommend for their promptness and service.

I called and described a problem I had with my garage doors. Instead of saying that a technician could only fix it, I was told what I could do to remedy the problem. It worked and saved me a service call. If my garage doors require further service or replaqcement, I will not hesitate to call D & D. Cheers!

called on a Saturday afternoon he came right over told me what i needed gave me a fair price, came back on time did the job now it works like new. cleaned up after he was done

This is the first review I have submitted to Yelp. I am so impressed with the service I received from D and D today. I received a quote by phone after describing the problem with my garage door. They arrived only a couple of hours later and fixed it. They were very professional and even gave us a senior discount without us asking for it. I highly recommend them if you are having garage door problems.

After talking to JOhn from D and D I checked around and found a slightly lower price with another company. I had told John I would call him back either way so he wouldn't be left hanging. After I called him back I barely got a word in other that "thank you but we decided to go with another company". He exploded on the phone and stated that "he knew he shouldn't have wasted his time coming over and that when he got there he knew what type of people we were. He also stated he should never have given us a quote (it was verbal and never wrote a quote down). He then proceeded to say we were d**cking him around and he didn't like to be d**cked around. He then hung up on me without a response. Little did he know that we were thinking of having him do the job if he could come halfway between the price we got from him and the other company. Needless to say I am happy we did not have him do the job. I would recommend noone to him.
