Yelp1I really wanted to like this company. I had them put in a garage door a few years ago after they had done a few repairs over the years on the old door. All was fine until I had a problem with it and it needed service. I just don't get it when you call someone, start giving a description of what's wrong, they cut you short, and say they will call you back in 5 minutes, and that's the last you ever hear from them. Very disappointed. Anyway, I went on line, called another co. Left a message, they called back. Came 4 hours later, fixed the door, and now I know who to call in the future.

Yelp5Excellent experience with Dimond Overhead Door. Dan was very friendly and knowledgeable about their products and help me to make an informed decision. Their workmanship and attention to detail was exemplary. I had an issue recently due to the wind storms and they were right there to help and resolve my issue. I have recommended this company to others and will continue to do so.

Yelp2The March storm came through and ravaged our town. Due to lost power, our garage door opener wouldn't work. Ugg. We called Dimond Overhead Door, three times. They never called us back. So, my review of Dimond is they have terrible customer service. If they're too business to come out to help us, then tell us that. Don't leave us wondering if you're going to help us with the opener.
