Google1Shady in every sense of the word. They use a third party call center to set up the appointment and send a tech with no verification that they work for the company. Upsold me on everything and then had the nerve to ask for cash or venmo. I insisted on writing a check that the tech cashed immediately and was promised an invoice and warranty info that I never received, despite 3+ calls to the "office". The company and tech are nowhere to be found. I should've called the police when I had the chance but my next call will be to the attorney general's office for what's clearly a scam operation.

Google1The garage door opener owners manual or warrenty information was not given to me. The receipt is generic, it does not have the company name on it or breakdown of product cost and labor cost. The technician can not be reached

Google5I worked with Man at Right,s. He was on time (he even called to say he could arrive earlier, which was greatly appreciated), very courteous, man, and walked me through the entire process.Technician was very patient with me and made my job feel like the most important job of his day. It took two visits in total to complete my job and both times, Man showed up as the same great person. I would highly recommend Man at Right,s garage door repair for anyone else in need of a garage door opener repair or replacement.

Google5Got a new garage door installed by technician over a year ago. It took a while for the order to come in and get installed but looks great and reasonably priced compared to other companies. A couple days ago, I noticed one of the screws connecting to the garage door opener to the door was loose. I contacted Man and was very responsive to my issue. He came by at a time that worked for me and fixed the problem in a couple minutes. Thanks.
