Google5Our technician Omar responded quickly and even came on the Holiday! Very knowledgeable, efficient and affordable and he arrived exactly the time promised. He had all the needed parts with him to fix my garage door springs, hinges and the opener. I am extremely happy with the service I received and would definitely use them again. Highly recommend using this company!!

Google5Omar, Terri & Mike of Residential Garage Door Service did an excellent job installing a hurricane-resistant garage door for our home. Even though I have fixed other garage doors in the past most of the time, about 2 years ago, I called Omar because of a broken part on an opener that I was not able to fix & he took care of that and did other work adjusting the opener & doors to make sure that everything was functioning 100%. I told him I would call him when we were ready to have the 36 year old garage door replaced with a new one. His company is honest, they do high quality work, their prices are reasonable, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door repair, maintenance, or installation.

Google5My garage door was noisy and shaky so my friend from work recommended Omar from Residential. He called me right away, stopped by the house to give me an estimate and we schedule an appointment within the next few days. I had a big franchise garage door company give me an estimate which I thought was very high. Omar gave me the same things for less and he knew what he was doing unlike the impression I got from the guy at the franchise company. So my garage door is balanced and quiet now - thanks Omar!

Google5Great service! My garage door spring broke on Saturday morning. I called for service and within two hours they were at my home replacing the springs. At no additional charge Omar did a tune-up. Adjusted the chain, lubed the wheels, and adjusted the sensors. Pricing seemed to be very fair... especially when considering the 1st class quality of workmanship.

Google5Great experience with this Company. I wanted my garage door fixed and did not know who to call. Went on line and found this Company and I must say it was the best that I could have found. I was able to get an appointment quickly and Omar came out, assessed the problem , explained everything to me, and the door was working that day. I was extremely pleased with the customer service I received from Omar and Terry. My door was old and was sitting for quite some time but Omar did not push to sell me everything new. He felt he could use what I already had. I did decide to go with a new opener and he returned within a couple of days with it, installed it and made sure I understood everything before he left. This Company as far as I am concerned is the best one to call for garage door repairs or replacements. I myself picked them because of the reviews they received and I hope this helps others to know that this is their best choice if they want fast, reliable and efficient service. Thanks Omar and Terry!

Google5Had another company come out the day before and said we needed a new garage door and would cost us well over a thousand bucks. We asked around and a neighbor referred these guys so we decided to get a second quote/opinion. As expected, they determined that we did not need a new door just some new bottom brackets, springs and cables. They quickly fixed the issues and got our garage door back up and down! If you're looking for someone that is honest, affordable and has integrity then look no further! Will definitely recommend to others. Thanks for your prompt service!

Google5Residential Garage Door Service is amazing! I called them early on a Saturday morning when my door wouldn't open and they fixed the problem (it needed new rollers). Omar worked wonders - my door hasn't been this quiet since I moved into the house! Terie was with him assisting - they were both so friendly and helpful (Omar even helped relocate my garage door opener wire so it wouldn't get stuck in the tracks) - I DEFINITELY recommend this company for your garage door repairs - they are amazing !
