Did not use but highly impressed by owner. I had called to schedule appointment and made one for a day and time. I cancelled on the wrong site. They called to confirm appointment, I said I cancelled. They had no record. (Not good with this stuff.) I said I cancelled on Yelp. They called back to make sure I was cancelling the right business. I gave them 5 stars. I don't need right now but if I do, will be my first choice. Recommend

Excellent! We had spring tension problems & called someone years ago, they told us there is no way to adjust a garage door so that it stays closed (instead of floating up) without locking it or having an opener to hold it down. (So all those working manual garage doors from my childhood were a dream?) Anyway it became too heavy to lift for my wife & kind of dangerous for anyone, so I called around for an opener (finally). Most of the other places were just dispatches / schedulers for a collection of service people - no direct contact, difficult to follow up. And some wanted to charge just to come out & look at it - like the sears model only way worse & without the reputation. In contrast Dave was great: a sole proprietor, came by & showed me we had the wrong size springs all along, had a better price than the others, gave me a breakdown & options, and did the job when/how he said. Thank you DiCicco Overhead Doors! ps. husband/wife team, Dave was in the military & is now a fireman, he never stops giving - so call these guys!

Dave was amazing. The pulley on our garage door had been broken for months and we kept putting off calling someone to fix it. Then, the door came off the track and we knew we had to call in a professional. We left a message and Dave's wife called us back within a few hours. Dave came out the next morning, took one look at the door and said he could fix it on the spot. His cost was reasonable and he worked quickly, explaining what he had done in a way that we could understand. He does repair, replacement, garage door openers and new construction. Dave is a small business owner and a Natick firefighter, and we were happy to support his small, family owned company. One of the nicest guys we've met - we can't recommend DiCicco Overhead Doors more highly. Support small and call Dave for any of your garage door needs!
